After you’ve placed an order, noah falke will carefully prepare the package and ship it within 1-3 business days. Delays up to 10 business days is to be expected during holidays and sales periods. Delivery time may vary from country to country. noah falke does not take responsibility for delays caused by our shipping partners.

noah falke offers shipping to most countries. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout after you have entered your delivery address. Orders shipped outside of the EU may come with customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not covered by noah falke and the charges are your responsibility. Please kindly consult your local customs office for further details.

From the day you receive your order, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means unused and in their original packaging. Trying on necklaces and bracelets is allowed, but the item cannot be returned if noah falke deems it used. The item is considered used if it has been worn more than what is customary when trying on in a store.
Earrings may not have been tried on or removed from original packaging due to sanitary precautions.
Paintings and/or posters/drawings will not be refunded if they are returned damaged.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and noah falke does not cover them. The processing of returned packages may take up to 14 business days. Items purchased should be returned to the following address:

This information is generally unused, though it may be utilized in police investigations; all fraudulent orders are reported to authorities.
