The terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and Noah Falke when you order on noahfalke.com. The terms and conditions are regulated by Danish law, and any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Noah Falke recommends reviewing the terms prior to purchasing.

price and payment

Noah falke uses Stripe for payment processing, accepting various cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Carter Bancaires, Discover, Visa Electron, iDeal, and AliPay. Your payment will be charged when the order is shipped. When your order is completed, a receipt will be emailed to you. Stripe imposes fees for card transactions, which Noah Falke absorbs on your behalf. All Prices are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT and applicable Danish taxes. You may incur local taxes and duties, if you place an order outside the EU, and these are not covered in Noah Falke’s prices and are your responsibility. If your card operates in another currency than DKK, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the processing date. Noah Falke is not responsible for any payment delays caused by your card issuer.
By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to perform additional security verifications if needed to validate your order.

right of complaint

In compliance with Danis law for significant manufacturing and material defects discovered during normal product use, Noah Falke offers a two-year warranty. This warranty does not cover faults, damages, or wear resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Complaints regarding defects that should be apparent upon normal inspection must be reported to noahfalkejensen@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. social media

Noah Falke reserves the right to remove spam, spam accounts and undesirable comments on their social media including Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram. Noah Falke may also remove posts that they no longer want to display on their accounts. You grant Noah Falke permission to use content for promotional purposes on their social media, providing credit to you, when engaging with Noah Falke’s social media or sharing content featuring their products.

force majeure

Noah Falke is not liable for delays or failure to meet obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.
